Torano
In 1916 Don Santiago Toraño emigrated from Spain to Cuba. Santiago became involved in tobacco as a broker of leaf tobacco. Over the years he was blessed with having three sons, Jaime, Jose and my father Carlos. All of them became involved in the tobacco business. Over the years, the Toraño family became one of the biggest and most well known growers of Cuban tobacco leaf.

Exodus 1959
This cigar commemorates the Exodus of expert Cuban cigar families and their impact on the cigar industry after the nationalization of all tobacco farms and cigar factories by the Cuban government in 1959. The Toraños were one of those families.

Virtuoso
The Virtuoso is the first ever Toraño cigar made with a sun-grown wrapper which is grown by the Toraño family. The Virtuoso is a testament to the Toraño family’s Cuban heritage. Being the most full-bodied cigar in the Toraño line the filler tobacco from Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama are extremely smooth and well balanced. The Virtuoso’s dark rich body is accompanied by flavors of roasted coffee, cocoa and a touch of peppery spice.
